CRUIZERADAR: REILLY BOGERE

Rielly Bogere is a multidisciplinary creative from the motherland, Uganda. When it comes to creating a cinematic and excitingly aesthetic way of telling the everyday Ugandan story, Reilly is up there. We caught up with him and here's what he told our team.

Seeming to be quiet and ever in his thoughts, Rielly tells us that he's a photographer, filmmaker, model, fashion designer and creative director. Who is very confident in the lens through which he views the world. He cheekily adds on that perspective is his superpower.

Rielly says that his creative journey began not when he picked up a camera or sketch pad but the moment he was placed on this earth. He states that creativity is the foundation of everything that exists and the life he has lived. The highs and lows, the conflicts and the moments of joy have all shaped how he expresses himself. Rielly says something very introspective, "Your creative journey doesn't begin with a skill or tool either. It begins with you."

I'm constantly learning and growing, he says. Rielly told us that one of his key figures in development has been his mentor, Collins Powell, who trains and challenges him daily. Powell taught him to reject mediocrity and never compromise on his art. He states that because of this mentorship, he has experienced vast growth and he believes that every creative must walk with someone greater than them. It makes the road less lonely.

Above all he gives all the glory to our Lord Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior for being his chief inspiration. He adds that He is the creator of universes, ecosystems and the human soul. He is creativity personified. He calls us to let our light shine before others Rielly adds.

Rielly says so he, a dreamer, began The Dreamer Series, a visual journey for those who feel dim, unseen & unheard or misunderstood. Its for those who know how bright they can shine but really don't know how to ignite Rielly states.

His last remarks were dreams are hard to bring into reality. Its uncomfortable. But he's learned that the hard things become easier to do once you actually accept them.

We had fun talking to Rielly as the cruize and we definitely think he's one of the unique creative minds out there. As always from me and the team, NOW THATS MOTION!
